Well, turned out to be a good day, apart from the fact that from 5 miles before the second "rep" of Bwlch i was in pain "down below". Had a cracking ride up the rhigos, in under 19 mins from the yellow sign @ bottom to top.
Recorded a time of 6:37, not too bad considering i was going rly slow for last 20 or so.
Shame about the dead sheep in the middle of the road - must have jst happened:(
