Shimano to campag using friction??

Hello all I know this questions probably been asked a million times before. But I run a shimano rear mech with campag cassete using shimano bar end shifters set on friction? Someone help please [:)]

    If the bar ends are not indexed, I see no reason why it shouldn't work. Previously I ran a Suntour rear mech with a shimano cassete which worked fine with the shifters set to friction.

    On friction there are no compatability issues, you can mix and match anything.
    Nobody ever got laid because they were using Shimano

    You could also get some Shimano-width spacers and fit them to your Campag cassette to make it index perfectly. Look at Highpath Engineering for information on index spacing
