What is circuit racing?
and where can i find a circuit (live in norwich) ?

Probably the nearest circuit races to you are the summer league races at Lotus Cars. Usually they use old airfields or motor racing circuits so benfit from no traffic and therefore are ideal for beginners/4th cats.
