Hi, this is my first post after months of reading this forum.

I've taken the plunge and bought myself a late 80's peugeot road bike and wanting to convert it to a fixie.

Has anybody a complete guide, made really really simple, including links to shops to buy cheapest/best value parts from?

I can't find anything conclusive or a sticky to this.
