info on Sole custom footbeds

anyone here use sole custom footbeds?. I have been plagued with ITB problems related to pronation for quite a while. Bought look cx7 pedals to try and help but no joy, tried speedplay for more float but still no joy. I have previously had orthos made but they dont address the pronation problem in a cycling shoe. have seen these sole custom footbeds and wondered if they are any use. Where i live there is no access to shops that custom fit.

    i actually have these for running.... i have diffs with my back and i stuck a set of these into a neutral type running shoe and it definitely does seem to help.

    I think your mileage may vary with them... but as they're much cheaper than custom orthotics its worth 30 quid or whatever it is.
