Oh come on...
'When Red Light Shows Wait Here' is for temporary traffic lights... at road works, or when a bridge is being maintained. It is simply telling you where to stop.... and not cross the 'imaginary line'. It is not something you would see at permananet traffic lights. But for temporary lights sone notice must be given where to actually stop to allow the oncoming traffic to pass. Otherwise some braindead drivers would stop where oncoming traffic need to pass.
But, I will admit the line is usually for cars... with no consideration for a motorcyclist, never mind a cyclist.0 -
