Hi all,

i read there is a general idea on what time you will get for a 25 based upon your 10 time.

My PB for a 10 is 22:27 - what would this roughly equate to in a 25? 57/58?

Thanks

Mark

The 'rule' I have heard is to take your 10 time. Times it by 2 and a half and add a minute.

So that would be about 58 - assuming similar course and wind conditions.
