Prescription sunglasses - polarised lenses
Not to worry, this isn't another 'where can I buy them?!' thread.
I just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience of using polarised Vs. non-polarised prescription sunglasses?
Polarised lenses in Rudy Projects cost an extra œ70 (where I've seen anyway), whereas with Optilabs it's included in the standard price i.e. it's much less! I'm (possibly) emigrating to Australia this summer so they'll be well used so wonder if it's worth splashing out, any advice would be great [:)]

I use polarised lenses. They do cut out a lot of glare and the view seems more relaxing to me than with ordinary shades.
Downsides:
1. You do get strange patterns sometimes when looking through car windows when driving
2. They don't get rid of the pinpoint reflections that you get from cars going by, but may be they don't bother you.0
