Tour de East Anglia

I along with a 2 work mates will particpating in this event which has been organised by EDF Energy for their staff as a fundraiser for Mencap. Its 200 hundred miles over 3 days, so not exactly LE to JOG or a trek across Africa but its raising money for a worthwhile cause plus the company will match what we raise so if you'd like to visit http://www.justgiving.com/tourdeeastanglia and donate what ever you can that would be great. The event takes place in September so we have a bit of time for training. The route goes from Cambridge to Norwich, Norwich to Ipswich, Ipswich to Southend - I think, will need to read the bumph again to make sure I'm going in the right direction.
