hello
hope someone can help, i just bought some spd compatible shoes/pedals, and the cleats stayed in the pedal when trying to pull the shoe off the pedal. so the cleats are still in the pedal .... without the shoe.
my question is does anyone know how i can remove the cleats ?
thanks in advance

Happened to me on a ride once - just grab the cleat with a pair of pliers and twist it out.

You could try loosening off the tensioning screw in the pedal, assuning you can access it, and then turn the cleat with some pliers. Be careful not to loosen the screw too much though. If that doesn't work, remove the pedal from the bike and use a vice to hold the cleat while rotating the pedal.0

You did twist your foot didn't you?
I am sorry if I am trying to teach grandma to suck eggs ,but you did say pull.
Twisting is the way
