that don't cost the earth. can anyone recommend one for around œ50 - œ60, if indeed one exists. All the ones i can find on the web are either set back or about œ100. i was wondering about the planet x pro carbon seatpost but the only picture i have of it makes it look like it has quite a set back despite being described as a 'traditional' type on their site.

Failing that does anyone know of an alloy one that might soak up at least a little of the road buzz from a stiff aluminium frame.

any help would be much appreciated

cheers

Thompson for alloy or Selcof are cheaper. Easton EC70 is a straight carbon and the USE Alien or Sumo poss. Have a look at the Chicken Cyles w/site as they import a number of posts.
