can anyone suggest / recommend road bikes/flat bar that have campag equipment for arounf œ500.

The latest Bianchi bikes seem very well priced, I think œ595 gets you a Mirage specced C2C model. I couldnt get their sizes to fit me but they look a lovely bike,

Saracen, Raleigh and Claud Butler all make bikes with some Campag bits, although I think the Claud Butler bike that used to have Xenon now has Tiagra. Raleigh's team bike with Veloce looks nice
