also around 7.30, that's if I make it at all. Osteopath says I have sacroiliac joint problem (very low back)- I've been doing exercises religiously and I have a few more sessions booked with the Osteopath. In two days I've gone from hardly able to walk to moving reasonably comfortably so I'm trying to stay optimistic that I'll be there. I'm not sure what the effect of a two week break from cycling immediately before the event will be though.

I Hope the back is better popette.

We leave at the later 9am slot - we will be a bit slower along the route.

I received my road tyres - which will be going on the bike this weekend. Hopefully on Sunday we will get a run out - try the tyres out.

  • No not doing M2B I'm so busy this summer with other events, will definetly enter one year though. Weather wasn't as nice on my commute home.
