tonight I visited a friend in Clapham, took the bike with me, as it's about 45 minutes walk for me to get to Watford Junction where I live, and he lives about 20 minutes from Clapham Junction (took me about 10 minutes on the bike to Watford Junction and 3 minutes in Clapham). No direct trains from Clapham to Watford Junction on the way back, and I missed the Willesden Junction train - therefore, had to go into central London and out. Normally I would jump on the tube at Vauxhall to euston, but instead I went to Waterloo, rode over Vauxhall Bridge and rode my bike to Euston instead. I had no idea where I was going really, but I eventually got to signs saying Euston and it took me around 25 minutes, as traffic was light and i followed a fairly indirect route. It didn't feel like a chore at all, and I felt like a real urban cyclist [:D]

I have a bike; she's called Fran. I enjoy her company.
