Race Across America - Robic on his way to 3rd win
OK, I know the RAAM doesn't have the drama of a stage race, but spare a thought for the demented Jure Robic who seems likely to get his third win - he has a 100 mile lead with 900 to go. He's doing about 370 miles a day so he should finish soon after midnight on Sunday (I think). To see how mad he is I recommend this article from the New York Times. You might have to register to read it, but it's worth it. At this stage of the race Robic will be hallucinating, completely unaware of where he is. www.nytimes.com/2006/02/05/sports/playm ... f4&ei=5070
