I've had this passed on to me from the Inverness area of Scotland with the request to post it somewhere cyclists will see it.
<< FOUND : Canon digital camera in Cannich at the beginning of the week. The photos show that it was a party of 3 or 4 cyclists aged between 45 -50, possibly with connections in the Newcastle area of England. They seem to be touring from the west coast. Did anyone have any cyclists staying with them that match that description? If so, please contact Gina Francis on 01456 415332 or Jim Price at Cannich Police Station on 01456 415422. Be great if it found its way back to its owner! Pls keep us informed if it does.

Someone here found a camera lying in the road in France, came back here with it (I think) and using impressive detection skills deduced enough from the photos (from a t-shirt one subject was wearing, stating some event that was taking place in the area the finder had been) to somehow find the French owner of the camera and return it!
I can't remember who it was.....Prof maybe?......but it does work if a bit of effort is put in.0
