I'm considering purchasing a set. Anything I should look out for?
I assume that the front roller is connected to the rear rollers so that it also rotates?
Pros and cons in comparison with a turbo trainer?

roller have very little resistance so its hard to get a good aerobic session. However they build leg speed. Rollers make the time go quicer as you have to concentrate or you'll fall off. 30 mins on a turbo feels like a lifetime. you can only afford one get a turbo

I just started using a set of rollers, which I got with an A frame to lock the handle bars too. I tried without the A frame and nearly killed myself trying to stay upright your heart rate is high mainly due to the fear factor!!!! I attached the A frame and found it excellent. the rollers give more realistic ride, don't shread your tyres to pieces
