    I believe he will be there but wont actually ride.

    If he's being paid appearance money he should ride it.

    I raced some nocturnes 15 years back n France and felt they were a bit risky. David Millar should not be risking his well being much after the Dauphine, staying upright is a priority for any TDF rider in mid June
