Campagnolo Rear Mech Compatability?
Does anyone know if a 10 speed Campagnolo Rear Mech will work with 8 speed shifters and cassette?

9 speed is certainly OK as I've got a pasir of Chorus levers driving a Mirage mech on one bike - narrower cage on the 10 speed may catch the chain at extreme angles0

I'm currently running Chorus 8 speed shifters with a Mirage 8 speed rear mech. I want to upgrade to 10 speed, but wondered if I could get the mech before the wheels/cassette/shifters.

It didn't work that well for me when I was gradually moving away from 8 speed....I got the mech first as I had heard it worked well with 8 speed...but it didn't really and so my carbon Ergo purchase was far quicker than expected, not that I had much of a problem with that!!![:)]
I'd rather walk than use Shimano.
The older I get, the better my power to weight ratio was.I'd rather walk than use Shimano0
