Out on Sunday evening to see if I could improve on my 10 mile time, at 9.1 miles horrible hiss from the rear tyre, hop off the bike , stop the 'puter at 31.45. Inspect tyre, huge gash (well half an inch) tyre goosed,chance at PB wrecked. I rarely get visits from the 'P' fairy, but when I do she is always sooo cruel[:(][xx(] cost- two new tyres Bonty Race lites in blue to match the bike, let's see how long they last! the one I just damaged had 100 miles use[:(]

Ha ha ha ![:D] No, but like a lot of us on here I can't stand having a bike with mis- matched tyres, so that's why. I went for the Bonty's, there were two left, they were only œ16 each and the blue nicely compliments the blue accents on my frame.
