Dr Ferrari's Giro analysis here

So the Zoncolan performances weren't overly impressive. There is also a new article up on VAM for those of you interested in such things.

I like the "climbs with prohibitive gradients that little have to do with the technical gestures of road cycling." Wonder what he'd make of Hardknott Pass!!!

as opposed to, say, sticking needles into riders, eh Michele?

<font size="1">"Hincapie's Disco pants are the best,
They go from his arse to his chest,
    They're better than 'Sandro Ballans.

  • "Even riders who are 10 kg heavier than these such as Mazzoleni and Bruseghin were able to limit the gap within reasonable terms."

Yeah, we noticed that too Mike![:D]

Did you get planning permission for that sense of humour bypass?
  • Whatever your opinion of the good doctor, he knows his merde (legal and illegal). He'd probably kick our assess at ProTour Pundit.

Oooh - maybe we could invit him on as guest PTP-er!!!
  • He's awfully clever. He'd been good to comment on races live because he seems to read what the guys body language is saying quite well.

I've done a couple of his training camps and believe me, he can read your effort as if your power meter/HRM is in front of him. He drives up beside you on a climb and can tell instantly whether you're working at the prescribed rate.

    He definitely knows his stuff!
