..........to spending money
Went to see my first duathlon today in preperation of my debut. Got a great idea of what to do and what not to do for the transition area.
But my question is this.
Do I need tri-bars?
I cycling Richmond Park in the London duathlon and wandering if they provide any benefit? If yes what are the main ones?
Thanks all

Any recomendations?0 -
Depends how you feel about your cycling, but if you're a total beginner, I'd just worry about your legs not being jelly when you get off the bike!0

NTN,have you been down to RP before?
i personally think you would be better off taking your bike down to RP first and give it a lap or two and see how you get on and then decide whether your ready or not for tribars
i'd rather have a bottle in front of me,than a frontal lobotomy
