Can anyone help me?
I crashed my bike, landing forward on my hands and knees.
I am unscathed (good times)
but I have a serious bike problem (bad times)
The handle bars and front wheel and fork are seriously offset. I did cycle about 200m home on it but you will tell it is absolutely unusable. What is there to do?
Will a mechanic be able to solve this?
Is there anything I can do?
I can't convey to you how much I love this bike
I know I sound incredibly sad, but can anyone help me?

Depends what's bent/broken! Can't tell from your description: anything from stem rotated in/on the steerer to a distorted headtube. Anything from the easy and cheap fix to the costs more than it's worth major surgery!

Sounds like the 'bars have just been spun around on the steerer tube due the force of the 'crash', but in order to give a better diagnosis/prognosis, you need to (a) explain the symptoms better or (b) post a piccy.[;)]
