Loads of cyclists stopped in The City last night

PCO's were handing out a stern talking to rather than tickets. Meanwhile, cars continued to jump read lights willy nilly, unchallenged.

A brief lecture is fair enough but the rules were not being applied equally.

    Couldn't a driver equally complain that RLJ cameras are an example of where the rules are not being applied equally? And they give more than a ticking off.

    actually reminds me of a story a few years ago,when this mini-scab driver pulled up beside me on Victoria Embankemnt and asked "how do i get to Waterloo Bridge" noticing he was a miniscab i thought we'll have fun here, i said "follow me" we pulled underneath Waterloo Bridge and said to him "its up there" and drove off
