adding comfort to an aluminium frame
I have a colnago dream aluminium frame which is very stiff and provides little comfort. Is there anything i can fit to get some comfort in the lower back area. The bike uses a chorus carbon post and arione saddle. seem all the road vibration goes straight into my back and after a while my back becomes really fatigued.

The cheapest way maybe to let some air out of your tyres amd run them on a lower pressure, You could also try a larger volume tyre, frame permitting. I've heard that by nature of their design, layback seatposts have a bit more 'give' and some carbon posts do flex more than others. You could also try a suspension post, but they weigh quite a bit and will obviously spoil the look of your bike.

I am using 32 spoke dura ace wheels with michelin 23c tyres. Roads where i am are pretty crap, rough country road type.0

could try 25c then, I'm a big fan of maxxis detonators, they seem to have a higher profile, although that could just be my imagination.
They have them at CRC quite cheap, and you can run them at 70/80 psi for a softer ride, and they still roll pretty well.

Dare I say it - whats your bike fit REALLY like (everyone thinks there's is fine). I recently went for a larger frame - slightly longer top tube and slightly higher head tube and the difference in ride comfort is amazing.0
