Rides around Bodmin

I am travelling on business to Bodmin next week.
I will be staying there for 3 days, working til 4.30 each afternoon.
Can anyone recommend rides out of Bodmin so I can take the bike and take advantage of the long summer evenings? Rides of about 2 hours would be good. Some hard long climbs would also be good.
Thanks

There's no climbs but how about the Camel Trail to Padstow and back.?
I'd rather walk than use Shimano.
The older I get, the better my power to weight ratio was.I'd rather walk than use Shimano0 -
Hi,
The road from Bodmin to Wadebridge has one decent hill, if you head from Wadebridge to Padstow and from there to Newquay you will find plenty of hills and stunning scenery. Not massive climbs but very up and down.0
