tacx sirius or the new Satori which one?

hi im looking for a turbo now i likethe power training style of the satori but im told the sirius is almost silent. now i want quiet but want power (im using a cx bike on it with slicks but lower gearing than a dedicated road bike)
ive read that the roller mech is the same on both turbos but anyone got any exp of either or both to vouch for the difference in ride and volume . cheers mick

Can't answer your question, but in my humble experience the the Tacx Flow is the one to go for. Very quiet, quiet enough not to bother your wife sitting watching TV in the next room. It also has the invaluable feature of the handlebar mounted display of power output/cadence/heart rate/speed/time.
It can also be upgraded to the i-Magic spec with the kit and steerring frame options.
Maybe a bit pricey, but highly recommended.
