Got a Triple want Compact, Can I do It ?

I have a virtually brand new Ultegra Triple Groupset on my Look. I knew that I should have bought the compact but, hey!

Now here's the question,If I buy an Ultegra Compact Crankset, will I need to change everything else including the STI's, I do n't mind changing the Mech's, but I can 't really justify the price of new STI's.

    I'm assuming you've got a long cage rear mech .........you probably won't need to change anything, except maybe having to shortening the chain a bit.
