Eventful rides today

Went for a supposedly for a quiet ride on the bikes today and ended up having to physically prevent someone jumping into the river. Phoned the police who said that they could see what was happening on the camera and were on their way. 10 minutes later the police finally arrive, handcuff the person concerned and leave without saying a word to us
