Where can I get a 24mm diameter seatpost?

Yes, it's for a Peugeot frame. It came with a chrome steel one that needs one of those ugly clips on the top; I want something a bit more elegant.
Any ideas?

i got one of these in the mid 80's ..rare as hens teeth..
think it was made by SELCOF ??
think it will be a case of luck 2nd hand ...
or possible get a 25mm turned down by local machine shop ???

You could try going for a BMX seatpost (standard size 22.2mm) and shimming it to fit the frame, something like this -
