Not sure if you have seen this. If its a repost I apologise.
Please see bellow a link to the petition apposing the revision of the Highway Code to read "use cycle facilities wherever possible"
The implications of this are not good with the likelihood of us cyclists experiencing more intimidating driving and abuse. Further, if a cyclist is involved in an accident and tries to claim damages, the insurance companies could argue that a cyclist contributed to an accident by not using available cycle facility. Not Good! [:(!]
