dual pivot adjustment

One of the arms doesn't seem to moving on a Campag.dual pivot brake (rear). Is there an adjuster behind the brake i turn with a cone spanner or is that me guessing?

    I don't think Chorus and Record can be adjusted. For the other models, the side pivot is adjusted with an allen key at the front and a spanner at the back. Loosen the nut at the back, adjust the pivot from the front, tighten nut.

    The central pivot is more tricky and I suggest not messing with that unless you really have to.

    First, in any case, make sure the fault isn't caused by the cable. Release the cable and test the brake by itself. Too much cable friction will stop the arms springing back.
