Blimey guys...isn't it a bit obsessive to record how many commutes to date?
    Might I ask why?

I don't record my commutes but I do know what I have done at work as every since
2002.I have to keep a record as it's rare that I start the same time every day.I can generally remember that I haven't caught the tube to work for a few years.Say Feb 2003.If you are doing M-F this year I shouldn't think it is too hard to work out.

    91.

  • 33. I record every one as I've been using it for training for a sportive next month.

Am a bit scunnered with it now. Commuting is wrecking my bike.

Other than that day I had a puncture in the morning and walked instead, every working day this year. But its three miles each way, so its not like its a difficult ride.

47 return journeys (10 miles each way). I keep a calendar at work too. Of which it has rained on two journeys, and I have had 3 pun?tur?s (in a period of 2 weeks)!

I also record every ride. Yes I know it's wrong, but gives some incentive.

    34.5 commutes = 759km (of a total 2210km so far this year)

If it wasn't for hangovers, I'd ride everyday.

Wow more comeback than I expected on this one.

    Thanx peoples.

Sure I did a commute by overgtound train last year, think it was when I had the Cannondale serviced and then condemned due to frame damage.[v]

    Errrrrrrrrr 92 today.[:I]

Same for me.If i went by train i'd spend half the time faffing about.

Normally I wouldn't cycle if there is something wrong with the bike or it's in for a service or im injured/ill.

See as this topic is still on the go, I'll have a go at working it out.
I started back on the 8th of Jan, week 2, todays the 31st, week 22; 20 weeks I think. I took the bus one week and this week (I'm letting a strain settle), we've had 2 Monday holidays. So by my reckoning thats 88 days or 88 commutes.

If I had a baby elephant, who would take it for walks?
