i want to get a kona dew deluxe. problem is im am stuck on what size to get. i currently ride a kinesis pro 2 which is a 16.5inch frame and it fits just right. i am only 5.4. the smallest kona dew is 49cm and if i worked it out right thats about a 19", way too big for me. i dont understand the sizing for hybrid surely the smallest size isnt a 19". any help please.

First, check WHERE the 16.5 and the 19 are measured from-to! Might not be same points and therefore might in reality be the same size! Also, determine respective lengths of top tubes.

Kona measurements are wrong, I should know as I bought the 52cm and it's really a 47! Even the 56cm feels smaller (knees smacking into bars) and with my legs slightly bent with the seatpost up it just feels too small frame (reach is too short) I'm 5'8"
Make sure you sit in one.
The 20" Kona Smoke feels right size for me.
oh had problems with rubbing on DD, I would get the standard Dew, just V brakes.

I just test rode a Dew Deluxe. I'm 5'3" and the 49cm frame was perfect for me. Good luck!0
