I am thinking of using an online cycling coach has anyone used one or recomend one and does it help.

I am coached by John Capelin of Sports Coaching. John has been my coach for just over a year now and I have no hesitation in recommending him. I went to John with specific competitive goals and objectives - his guidance and training plans have helped me a huge amount.
