All you are doing is moving it back to the top. And spam-bots don't read replies anyway.

  • I suppose one could "accidently" send loads of spam back to a certain email account such as jordan.2323@yahoo.com.cn or by mistake forward the email to certain 419 scammers.

    did you know that many spammers offer you the option to "unsubscribe"....use it and they will know that your email address is alive and kicking and they will then flood it with more spam..

    You cannot do anything about sites like this, bot a prgram like "Mailwasher" can help by "Bouncing" emails, makingthe sender think the account is dormant

    However not everyone is pro-bouncing as it clogs up bandwidth, and many addresses are so forged or faked, thatthe actual sender will not receive the bounce.

    Still, if it makes you feel better.
