Best way to put my name on my bike?
Anyone got any ideas where I can get transfers or similar to customise my bike with my name. I'd like to put it on the top tube. Any help much appreciated. I'm sure I read something in Cyling Weekly or C+ not so long ago, but I can't find the article.[:(]

Pm a guy on here called currieinahurrie. he's got it on his top tube. Looks quite good quality as well.

Unless you want white just buy heavy duty self adhesive decal paper for an inkjet printer (16 sheets are around a fiver.
These are often used on cars so will be durable on a bike. The ink is sealed in and won't run when wet.

Would lettraset characters and a covering of clear varish be suitable? I was thinking of doing this to my bike. Anyone with experiences of this method before I go ahead?

There are loads of people on ebay that will make up a set of decals
Lettraset with varnish will look awful

There are quite a few places that do it down south, was wondering about prices though. Most seem to specialise in etching industrial and medical equipment.

use a knife and gouge it on the top tube. I did this wiv a bike i nicked, so the rozzers wouldnt know it werent mine.
