I disagree as we have a local butcher who supplies very tasty ribeye steaks. Cooking is simple and nothing more than heat and seasoning is required. I wouldn't order a steak at a Michelin restaurant …1 -

That's a fair point, it is very much down to personal taste. I just think for the cost, a lot of meat, even good quality stuff, does not justify the price tag. Personal opinion as you say though.1 -
