keep wanting to go every year but then things always seems to get in the way so don't base anything dates on me and i'll see if i'm free once dates are sorted nearer the time

I would but most of the posters on here are full of themselves with massive egos.

Its all a bit too "village people" for my liking.

Having organised the first one and met most of the people, I can assure you they aren't full of themselves. Just all nice people who like get get lagered up and loudly disagree about cycling.

But I suspect there are a bunch of people who've created a straw man about people on the forum and won't meet them as it might prove them wrong.

Or aren't old enough to hit the pub (which is no problem)

Without giving too much away, I would struggle to match the forum identities with the people who come to this do each year. It's a bit like watching the film of the book...
