06:04 Orange C for me, that should be early enough to avoid ‘wobblergeddon’ in the hills.

Re: World Cup 2018

England are in Russia scoring goals.

The Welsh are in Llandudno playing bowls

The Scottish have gone fishing

The Ulster men are missing.

England are still in Russia scoring goals.

Re: Mechanical Doping update

An unusual amount of wheel changes / bike changes today :? News of an easy cheat is going to spread through the peloton like Herpes in Gibraltar.

Re: Astigmatism - contacts query

Bit of an update. I tried again today with much better results. The contacts weren't moving around at all and for probably 2/3rds of the 60km ride my vision was pretty good. There were moments when my left eye seemed to go a bit blurry but after an adjustment and a few mins break it seemed ok again...

Quintana is Movistar, not Sky. I know they aren’t exactly 100 percent behind him, but they wouldn’t throw him under the bus.

Re: Mechanical Doping update

So you really think it's a possibility that a pure climber running in the peloton on a flat stage 3.5km from the end would have been running a motor which meant that they were guaranteed to lose over a minute through getting rid of said motors? You must be just giggling at the fact we're even respo...

Re: World Cup 2018

The longer the Engerland squad remain together, the stronger they’ll get. I’d be amazed if Engerland don’t absolutely smash Croatia.

https://s33.postimg.cc/5wiwp4r7z/IMG_0280.jpg yup I think I need to raise the seat lol small increments of 5mm? or with it that far out should I do a bigger one? Thank you Your knees are in a much better position in that photo, the bike looks to be a bit too small, and the saddle is too low.

Re: Velo South 2018

https://www.letsride.co.uk/rides/velo-south-route I’m going to try again. Hopefully the link works this time. I’ll have to make absolutely sure the bike is checked with a fine tooth comb in advance this time. Did this attempt happen? Another day of brutal temp and little breeze yesterday would have...

Re: Mechanical Doping update

If there is something odd, it will most likely be hidden in the free hub or possibly in the bottom bracket. It would be easier to cover up something in the free hub, by getting a ‘puncture’ just before the end of any stage it’s employed in, and changing wheels.

Re: Mechanical Doping update

There are some systems in existence that don’t use something that emits enough heat to look ‘unusual’ ( a form of kinetic energy recovery system ) if anyone / team, has one on their bike(s) Id be amazed, but stranger things have happened at sea, especially if a shed load of money is available. It was nice to see the French lads, realising on today’s stage, it was an endurance effort, and they adopted a “low cadence, High power” strategy *thanks Ned*..
