probs £400. deffo not £600 and then VAT, postage, etc. it is very cool but what, all in, £700 plus cool? nah. yours sounds mega - is it still around? #bunnyhop I sold it early 90s to get a GT Performer with 48 spoke wheels and a gyro :lol: noooooooooooo! #gutted any pics at all? I can't see the picture, but personally I never risk anything related to tyres or brakes.
You can get reasonable tyres cheap.

I don't have DI2 so unsure about battery spec. But, normally good batteries are over there listed voltage and it won't be classed as flat 0.1v under.

Think I'd fully charge it, disconnect and measure voltage twice a day. If it goes down fast then there's your problem. If it appears ok, then eliminate one part at a time like you suggested.
