My gripe is with pedestrians on unlit shared walking and cycle paths who are in black with no lights when it is pitch dark. I have good bike lights but they are still really hard to pick up. Please put some reflective gear on and some lights

It’s a tricky one. I have a proviz jacket as my commute is in dark on country lanes. It keeps me dry and visible but it’s a bit warm when the temp increases. It’s a perfect winter waterproof. I have a showerproof jacket that I use for the rest of the year .

I really like castelli or morvelo leggings. I find them warm and the padding is great and suits me. I have tried Rapha but they are not nearly so comfy. I only buy them in sales .

Yes -I’m shorty just under 5ft and have a liv bike which fits me perfectly. It’s an extra small frame .

Our local bike shop had a fitting service for saddles and then a loan one to try to see if it was ok . I tried 3 different ones .

I’m a fan of giant bikes. Get a lot of bike for your money and a good bike shop will sort out the fit
