Re: CHPT3?

So my loverly CHPT3 jersey turned up today. Ordered on Friday night of a Bank holiday weekend and arrived on Thursday. Not quite Amazon Prime but certainly not too shabby. Bloody lovely it is too, I have to say. Shame it is a bit too small, rather tight actually and the bigger sizes now all sold out...

Re: CHPT3?

Hopefully I can help - I'm quite the fan of CHPT3 and have bought a few things from them over the years now. It feels altogether special, especially when compared to Rapha, for two main reasons: 1. The quality is simply higher. I was a Rapha lover from the start, but this stuff just feels a million...

So, last week in May my Daughter is off with her Mum to Menorca, Wife does n’t want to go anywhere as her daughter is in the middle of GCSE’s. Thinking about going somewhere flat-ish with nice scenery (I live NW of Cambridge) and the Cotswolds is a possibility. Anybody know anywhere bike friendly to...

Re: Thread to tell everyone what bike gear you've just bought !

Some Rapha 3/4's for me. I struggle with finding comfortable pads and last year ordered three pairs of tights form wiggle, all different brands. after a quick try on in the bedroom (what more can you do?!?) I sent two sets back and kept the best. However, they are no good. I have to wear my assos sh...

Re: Ideas for 5-ish day rides Oct / Nov

Thanks, that's great. do you know anybody who has done this or any blogs? It would be really useful to get some tips, especially on bike-friendly accommodation. Have spent some time researching the North Coast 500. Wow - that looks amazing but I'm pretty sure beyond my current fitness levels and pos...

Re: Ideas for 5-ish day rides Oct / Nov

Many thanks for that, had n't heard of it before but a 5 min look suggests it could be really good, if I can convince myself I can do 500 ;-)

Ideas for 5-ish day rides Oct / Nov

So I might have some time on my hands from mid Oct and was wondering about doing some interesting riding. I'd really like to do something iconic that would be a life achievement like the LEJOG but I don't have the time or that kind of fitness level. So if you were taking 5 days at that time of year ...
