My Brother had the same issue and ended up going with the Tacx Neo upgrade for an extra €200, hes happy now.

Well done on the weight loss and commuting etc. I lost my Dad 22 years ago to a heart condition, He was only 54. Its still a difficult one but you learn to deal with it. Everyone's different but you could give it a go on a stationary turbo for a steady spin and see how you feel after a couple of weeks, as long as you can breath without serious pain then you are good, listen to your body.

or you can Bluetooth/connect a laptop using the Shimano e-tube software and play about with the settings/update firmware etc...

Hi Tim, Have you searched youtube? Im sure somebody will of covered it, try Shane Miller? You will need the Shimano E Tube wireless unit EW WU111 and download the Etube software to reprogram your units to tailor the buttons to do what you require...
