Ironic, they don't have their Lightweight mesh jersey in the hot summer deal!

A big fan of mine in these conditions.

Re: Thread to tell everyone what bargains you've spotted!

Has anybody used both the Sportful Total Comfort pad and Castelli's Progetto X2 pad? These CPT3 bibs look good but a mate keeps going on about Sportful's Total Comfort bibs which are currently on sale for £78 at PBK in XS only (RRP £130). I'm leaning towards the CPT3 for extra David Millar ponceynes...

As I pulled off Clapham High St to Clapham Park Rd last night I heard someone's disappointment at not getting to challenge me to SCR. "Aww I was looking forward to that" he shouted. Masochist?

Re: 6-8 Minute Intervals London

Depending on the time of day you do have to be slightly careful smashing it round the Inner Circle as the pedestrians don't always pay attention.

It is perfect though now it's been resurfaced. I did a 20min test there last week, very good for consistent intervals.

I always run a rear light. It helps in wooded or shaded areas or tunnels. I prefer not to give drivers any excuses about visibility.

Re: Daytime Lights

You don't mention a budget, so I'd recommend the Exposure Blaze (Mk2 is around £74) which has a run time of 48hr on the lowest pulse setting.

Eh? US Embassy recently moved to Vauxhall. From Mayfair.

Also, it helps balance the many bike pics in here that aren't scenic.

Re: Fred Whitton 2019

I can imagine those descents being horrible in wet weather though. A couple of times I felt I was just balancing on the front wheel alone I read a couple of riders got airlifted to hospital with neck and spinal injuries after crashing on the descent off Wrynose. I think I was deafened by the sound ...
