Re: Single key family bike lock system

Re: Single key family bike lock system

Good morning Dave If you would like to purchase some keyed alike locks, this will have to be ordered through one of our retailers. Please could you let us know your postcode and I can then recommend some retailers close to your location. You will have two options with the Abus Bordo 6000. One being ...

Re: Single key family bike lock system

Thanks, good spot.

Not sure if it’s possible to add locks later with the same key. So buy three now say and add three later, all with the same key. The link implies yes ? I imagine the product could be discontinued through.

I’ve emailed Abus and will update when they reply.

Re: Single key family bike lock system

The other issue is paying RRP for keyed alike. Not sure sale items are possible keyed alike.

Interested in the Abus Bordo 6000. Will see what Abus say...

Re: Black stylish softshell jacket < c. £120 and durable...

Hi softshell friends,

Sadly I left my Altura Summit on the train this morning ! Can anyone suggest a good value replacement that fits the bill per the above criteria ? It looks like the Summit is discontinued.

Cheers !

Does anyone know if the ebay budget cranksets are OK ?

Hi everyone, I've been thinking about swapping out the old crankset (integrated Shimano triple) on my commuter (1990's Claud Butler with slicks). Does anyone have any thoughts on the ebay budget / unbranded ebay ones ? E.g. http://www.ebay.co.uk/bhp/fixie-crankset The CRC branded ones are £60+ and I...

Trouser suggestions please – lightweight, fitted w zips

Can anyone help me find some new cycling trousers please ? I’m looking for something cheap and lightweight which tightens around the ankles (to avoid snagging the chain) with some zipper pockets. Ideally some ordinary cargo-type walking trousers made of nylon would be fine but a bit tighter around t...

I bought the Altura Summit this morning. Very happy, and good price too. For those who are interested, Evans price matches their own web price in-store! I'm 6'0" and fairly slim, and a M size was fine. Montane Puma looked good too. Thanks for the suggestions all, especially tompo. Now just to w...
