I had this problem after certain mileage getting back pain so started doing core strength exercises and after a few months it has gone and a lot more comfortable on the bike all round. Good luck.

Bont vaypors brilliant shoe heat up and mould to feet had mine over a year now and no issues, like wearing slippers. Tried sidi's but uncomfortable for me personally and not as sleek.

Hi

Out yesterday all good and got caught out on wet, slippery uneven cobbles front end went and me and bike were in the canal....oops . A matter of seconds me and bike unhurt no damage was out but soaking wet and felt a total idiot but been laughing to my self since.
I can't be the only one!!!.

I found what has helped me over the last 6 mths has been working on my core strength simple exercises plus adding medicine ball exercises and have noticed a big difference in strength.

It's the front brake. As far as I can see the cable isn't to short I haven't messed with them as it's a new bike?.

Front brake caliper issue?.

Hi

When slight turning of the front wheel the brake starts to rub not much just enough to make a rubbing noise which is ignoring. I think it's to do the the brake cable tightening as I steer. Does anyone know the solution??.

I'm approx 75kg ride on 23mm GP4000's and put 100psi front and 110psi in rear and works fine with me and very very few punctures in fact can't remember the last one. Regret saying that now!!!!.

I got the CF 9.0 SLX Sram red and it is awesome, got it in June. Had a bike fit to get it set up probably well worth the cost. :-)
