Re: oh dear, what a shame.

Very easy to write. If true, what makes you any different from him? If not true then you'd like someone to murder him for you so you don't have to get your hands dirty or what exactly? Murder him? It's not murder it's putting an animal down as you would a vicious dog. If one of my kids was his victi...

Re: oh dear, what a shame.

People are less likely to inform police of someone if they think they will be sentenced to death and jurors are much less likely to convict people if they know the punishment will be death. Do you have facts/figures/statistics to back this up? Jury's seemed to have convicted the people currently on...

Re: Dream bike - what would you spend?

Can you use an allen key, screwdriver and a pair of wire cutters? If so, you can build a bike. It's really THAT simple. And I am incredibly cack-handed. Really? I'd love to buy all the bits & pieces and build a bike myself, not necessarily for the cost saving but just for the satisfacti...

Re: Dream bike - what would you spend?

I've built my "dream" bike(s) a few times over the years but in reality I don't think it exists.I built a £4.5K Nukeproof Mega MTB that I rode probably a dozen times. It looked nice, rode brilliant but I still preferred my £2.5k 3 year old Enduro. I built my current Canyon Ultimate CF SL in ...

Same as in 2016.
Remain.
The absolute car crash that has transpired since the Referendum has cemented the conclusion that I voted the right way.

I can't remember the last time I used a pedal spanner  Probably the 90s  Always use an allen key...practically impossible to over-tighten.I do have an extra long allen key for removal though just in case!

Looks very similar to the "monster"cross my mate built a couple of years ago.He just used a CX frame though with IIRC 40mm tyres.

1.Expensive-$100=£78/€88
2.Possibly illegal in the UK/EU?
3.Not convinced it's any better than a flashing LED/reflector combo.

Cheers!

They're a decent enough company. Customer service is patchy but only ime because you can have difficulty getting through to someone as they're very busy in the call centre offices where your call goes to. That "call centre"being either one of the blokes on the sales counter(s) or the blok...

Gorges du Verdon. The Route des Cretes from Lac du Sainte a Croix is a favourite of mine.We were based in Aups but plan on staying in Castellaine or Palud sur Verdon. Jura, either French or Swiss side is also a favourite.A bit quieter than Provence but still has nice weather, good climbs and some very...
