Light summer tyres...

Ok, bit more specific than the usual "what tyre" question.

I'm looking to get rid of my moto rt's as they're steel beaded and pretty heavy, probs save a pound or so.

Ideally like to spend œ40-œ50 for a pair.

Suggestions?

    Nobby Nics / Speedkings?

Mark, if you want cheap tyres, www.bike24.com is definitely worth checking out.

  • I thought nobby nics are like œ40 a pop but looking at the website they come out at like œ20.

  • ahh... after looking at them id say the nic up front and the ralph on the back.

assume evolution is the folding bead type?

might well go for those...will have to wait and see if the missus spots me new oakley's before ordering any more bike bits!

  • From personal experience,Nobby Nic front ,Racing Ralph back works extremely well.Very light too.

Conti Speedkings are meant to be good too.
