  • pete the classes are much more based on age than anything - how old are you?

I'm 27, but to be honest I would like to train for it with an idea of what i'm aiming for.
I know the easyest thing would be for me just to enter see how i do and then get better from there but anyway!

  • then it's Sport category for you Pete

just turn up and ride, don't expect to win, and just enjoy.

last week the lap distance was around 2.7kms and the lead riders did 8 laps in an hour

If you want to try a lap just go to hainault the day after and follow the course, 130 riders leave a very easy trail to follow :)

Or turn up early and go around with the guys practicing.

One thing I would say is make sure to warm up first before trying.
